Can someone sum up what happened at the end of this film? :confused:

I watched it with some friends a few days ago but I was waaaaaaay too stoned, and I completely lost track of what was going on.

As far as I could tell, he was working with the black cop, then raided a drug dealer, then decided he wasn't working with the black cop, then killed him or beat him or something. I don't remember.

Honestly, I was in an appaling state, but I want to know what happened :(

And please write spoilers in white font so that other people don't accidentally read them.
 
There's a montage where they play volleyball against some other guys and lots of talk about teasing each other with hard-ons and wingmen

As to the real ending: Alonzo robbed the dealer to pay off the Russian mafia for killing one of their dealers in Vegas. He abandons Hawke's character Jake with the latino gangsters who tell him Alonzo's motives during the poker game and then go to kill him only to find the wallet of the young girl he saved from rape earlier in the day who just happens to be a cousin.

Jake goes after Alonzo catching him at his girlfriend's apartment and beats the shit out of him while all the gang members turn their backs on him due to the crap they have had to put up with from him. Jake leaves him alive but takes the money in as evidence against Alonzo, Alonzo runs but is hit by the Russian mob on his way to the airport leaving Jake with a bag of money and the dilemma of whether he keeps it and goes dirty or turns it in and stops all the heroic cop gunned down stories on the radio.
