I left it a bit too late to get a ticket for Tool at the apollo and now there's only seating tickets left. Scarletmist has none for the Manchester show so now it looks like I'll have to go all the way down to London to be able to stand up and watch them. Bollock.

Sorry, just wanted to rant.
 
saw them last time at the apollo, superb band and i am going next month, even better !

Undertow is an absolute work of art. Genius.

I think they got a bit too arty farty with Lateraus & 10,000 Days but there is magic to be found in those albums too.

To conclude - Tool rock.

My favorite band really, love Maynard and all his work(APC, Puscifer)!

10,000 Days isn't up to the standard of the rest of their work but Lateralus is one of the greatest albums ever made.
 
I just watched Maynard's documentary about his Vineyard Blood to Wine
Blood Into Wine (2010) - IMDb

Its interesting but all I could think through the whole thing was - Leave wine to someone else and start making music again (preferably Tool)!
