My team for tonight'z match agianst Burnley:

Carroll,P.Neville,May,Blanc(iF fit),Silvestre,
Chadwick,Stewart,Veron(if fit),Richardson,
Forlan,Solskajaer

No Lopez he looks dodgy, esp against M.Haifa, Carroll's good
Any Suggestions????
 
I'd give Silvestre a rest, as he's played the majority of our games this season. Instead i'd give Wes Brown another runout, and let him build his confidence even more after a great performance on Sunday against the scum.
 
I'd rather see a few more reserves in the side, if they don't get a run out now, I really don't see them getting a 'proper' run out all season
 
Yeah fair enough mate, but if they were good enough they would have already broken through into the first team, esp with the injuries we've had this season
 
Throwing a youngster into regular first team football half way through the season and expecting him to perform well is asking a bit much of them

Agreed, there's a gap between reserves football and the first team, which is why we loan them - these sort of matches are another good bridge and it gives them a chance to shine and show they can rise to the occasion.

The only problem however is that like any player, you play to the occassion, raise your game a bit to get noticed, and then if you do break through, that hunger drops slightly and you don't as good as a performance as you saw on the first game

Naaaa, seriously though, should be a good game, Burnley from what I saw of them from the last cup game have it all to play for and have a never give up attitude

I think Fergie should put out a next to full strength team, just to keep that winning momentum going. After all nothing else breeds confidence as much as confidence itself, and if winning breeds confidence then lets put out a full first team and win, then carry it through and thrash the Arse!!

Completly disagree with you, yes it would be nice to put confidence in the side, a side with plenty of confidence is great, however, were not exactly struggling for players but we are streched with injuries, any more to our first team wouldn't do us many favours

Colours are a BIG no no!

Im in row X, not that it matters, will more than likely all be standing

Il say the dudek songs will start before kick off, I know Il be singing them at least!

i definetely think lopez looks a bit dodgy, but hes only played 2 gameds for the main squad. He needs a bit of time. Carrol is a great keeper
