Time elapsing before you can post..

after youve posted.

It used to be 30 seconds which i thought was resnably, stops you from double posting etc.

It's now been adjusted to 300 seconds and if my maths i s right, thats 5 minutes you have to wait before you can post, if youve posted 5 minutes before.

Thats a bit silly, isnt it? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Since when has flooding been a problem?

Or is it more a case of it gives mods time to delete threads before the same people start similar ones?
