Ticket Sales???

I applied online for a ticket for the West Ham game about two weeks ago. Heard nothing so I rang the office last Friday. She said there had been a problem with the online facility around the date I applied. Since they were now on sale to the general public, she sold me one over the phone and it arrived Saturday morning. I have just received an email telling me that I have been Chubbed. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />
