Saw an advert in a travel agents on Sat for tickets for a couple of your league matches...the usual package thrown in, accomadation etc

In a feckin travel agents??? I know supporters clubs get them and I've seen Euro matches as part of packages but not league matches before?

Is this common practise?
 
Its very common practise in Ireland don't know about elsewhere. And Pool are just as heavily involved as United so people in glass houses.....

There's actually a travel agents up the road from me that specialises in trips to Pool matches and advertises it really well in the shop window. Its very traumatic for me to walk past it every day.

More than likely, Its a way of generating more money out of the fans.

ever been to OT ? if so you would see the sponsor section , VIP Enclosure I think its called , full of statues , bloated on lunch and many totally disinterested ..One woman in the row in front of me on Sat was reading a magazine, no not the United Review , for all of the first half .....

a bit below me were two Spurs fans who made more noise than most including standing up and taunting the rest of the statues when the first of the penalties wasnt given ...where else could that happen ?

Rows of empty seats at the start of the second half as the punters had gone off for afternoon tea , (must`nt miss that part of the package you know ,) and were still coming back 10-15 minutes into the half .Why do these people endure the misery of travelling on a match day to be at an event they care so very little for?

Is OT part of social round these days ...Ascot &lt; wimbeldon , Henley , Ot ?????
