Here is a thread buster, who can name the films the scenes has been nicked from?

I'll start with the obvious ones

Troy
X-Men
Chronicles of Riddick

The rest others can figure if you have time to spare that is!
 
Yeah it looks pretty good. They should make a live action one instead of the planned CGI movie they're doing for 2010.

PS - one more movie from which it was nicked - Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade for Jaga's scene.
 
Oh and He-man Masters of the Universe for the very first scene with the sword, and I think Lord of the Rings for the flaming eye of thundera?

Where are the scenes with Mumm-ra and the mutants taken from?
 
There's a bit from Mortal Kombat II in it too from where Shao Khan shoots his fireball thingy at Raiden (where Mumm-ra shoots it in the trailer)


They really should make it like this, it'd be fecking awesome.

Cheetara is the fit, completely spaced out one from Farscape I think. And is that Riddick or Pitch Black? I wish they would make this movie, it would be mint
 
Pretty sure I saw a few seconds of Ghosts of Mars in there.
 
Wow, that was brilliant. So all the actors were cartoon drawn from other movies, is that right?

Why can't some directors make whole films as good as this trailer?
