Son of Paul Ince at Blackpool, only 20.

Admittedly i've not seen much of the championship this season but him and Phillips are two great young players that Blackpool have right now. Scored 8 goals this season.

Watching him in the playoff here and he's been class, has pace and skill but also the vision to see out a pass. Admittedly he sometimes dribbles with it too much but it usually ends in a free kick due to the speed he's going past people. His close control is also brilliant.

Just posted about this lad, couldn't be arsed creating a thread though

Was listening to a phone in a while back and a Blackpool fan was creaming over him, looks a very decent prospect.

Phillips is the more dangerous player overall, but Ince has come on leaps and bounds this season. Blackpool have to brilliant wingers. Would love to see them week in week out in the Prem.

Blackpool can beat any team on their day, can they topple West Ham?

Is he a cnut like his father?

he was decent everytime I saw him for Liverpool U18- but he seemed to lack the natural ballskills some of our players had when we played him (like Norwood)

Decent strike on the guy though

Seems a decent player but playing up top I'm not sure he has enough to be a top player.Be interesting to see if a PL team snaps him up ad how he copes with and against better players.

Him and Phillips were playing on the right and left alternating between each wing. They played with Taylor-Fletcher on his up top and the 3 of Dobbie, Phillips and Ince all linking up very well. He's able to cut inside and 'playmake' with those 2 at Blackpool so it would be nice to see what he could do at a club where he doesn't have anyone else to rely on so to speak. But he does seem to go past people with relative ease as he has great pace. I think that he would do well at Fulham given the way that they play.

He looked very impressive yesterday.Could well go on to be a chip of the old block.

seen him quite a few times, Blackpool give free tickets to junior football teams in the area ,which you really cant knock, Tom ince has got bags of potential, I reckon someone is going to come in for both him and phillips before the deadline , which would be a real shame Holloway is developing him really well .

Think he scored 2 and assisted 3 yesterday, involved in all goals! They won't keep hold of him unless they get promoted this year.

4 goals in 4 this season already, think he scored around 11 in all games last year.

Good player with great progress over the last years, and Liverpool let him go!

Really stood out in those playoff games, and seems to have picked up where he left off this season. I understand he was involved in all but one goal yesterday.
Some form.

He's definitely one to watch.

U21's before anyone wonders why Hodgson's called him up.

He's looked a class above the opposition and his team-mates at times this season, looks promising. Let's hope he can manage some kind of consistency.

Always been a talent, but the reason his contract wasn't extended was that he wanted first team assurances and wages reflecting that. Bit of an attitude problem with him.
