That is true, however his last save agaisnt Wigan at the 92nd minute just shows what a keeper he is. By any chance if we show you a clip of rooneys goal are you just going to say that clips make a player good?

Anybody else think he's got what it takes to replace VDS? My opinion is that he has barely put a foot wrong when given a chance and made some pretty spectacular saves. Don't get me wrong I'd like to see us sign a muppet fave (Lloris, Akinfeev, Neuer) but I can't see it happening, if we had Carrol as no1 for a year then we can certainly give PIG a shot.
