I think we should have a separate forum for newbies, one where only they can post and where they can only post. After 100 posts or so they should be voted in or out of the rest of the forum based on how much shite they have posted.

They do that on KT don't they? I've never had to patience to meet their 500 post cut off. Does it improve the forum?

Do they? I dunno. I wonder if it works there? I wouldn't propose 500, rather 100. I just think there really are too many posters starting duplicate topics and worse, too many talking utter tripe.

Excellent idea.

Would stop a lot of twats getting on here too.

Wow dans, a good idea - from you? I didn't think you had it in you! ;)

Certainly sounds interesting, I'll put the Mod Squad on it and see what happens....

If you reach 100 and don't make the grade, do you get to stay in the beginners forum? Can you take a "re-test" at any point?
I've just got this vision of JSingh (let's face it he's one of the main reasons behind this discussion) sitting in the beginners forum for years on end posting 100s of "Carlton Palmer - he do job for utd?" threads... ;)

but not for long.

Please hurry up and implement it, JSingh is asking for a cyber slap

Im on the verge of running amok in the forum with shotguns, cyberally of course

Yes JJSingh dosent contribute much other than posting names, asking others what their opinions are and doesnt give his own opinions or follow it up. I dont think its a crime as it's up to individual posters to decide-If you are not interested do not subscribe, none here are forcing anybody to post read and respond to every other thread. Each and every poster promotes the forum in his/her own way and also spouts their own share of nonsense -its all part and parcel of a discussion board. If you feel you are the smarter than JJSingh .. just ignore the tosser and stop reading his posts.

We are here to to take a break from our work, relax and discuss about United. Are we experts?.Are there any coaching badges necessary to post in football forums other than being a fan.

If a posters makes 100 posts of shite why should he have a re-test? There's plenty potential posters out there that some cnut posting 100 posts of shite not getting another go won't be missed. This ain't a democracy after all. A JSingh clone posting a multitude of threads about carlton Palmer could surely have his account deactivated after 150 posts or something?

oh feck off vijay we didnt come here for a lecture either.

look at his latest post in the transfer forum this morning and tell me thats not someone taking the complete piss
