There's something wrong with thread views for me

They don't go up, for example:
47 replies, 48 views
So for all new threads, there's always one more view that reply, so it doesn't count thread views

There is definitely a glitch with the post counter
I've noticed these problems for ages but I wasn't too bothered about it. I've seen threads where there has been 7 replies and 1 view...

Is it not that a reply doesn't get put as a view. so if you view but don't reply then it goes as view but if you reply it goes as reply but not view. ie replies + views = actual views.
