Ya know what, he's gotta be miffed at being left out of arsenal the last two games. I rate the guy highly, always have. £25 - £30M should do it, and he might just fancy it, even after recently signing a new contract. He's got speed in abundance, can play in front of Rooney, or on the wing. Like the idea of him at United.
