Pretty good first episode I must say. It seems like media's role in acknowledging the socio-economic realities of the urban landscape will feature quite prominently this saison.

we have wire fans on the caf???!!! yesssssss!

is it really that good? i saw the previews for the 5th season, it looked lame. how much of the earlier castmembers are in the new one?

I saw the first two episodes ever and it annoyed me so I never bothered again. Did it get better? And did the cameraman's Parkinson's Disease improve?

It's supposed to evoke the feeling of gritty realism, Wibs.

Surprised you didn't like it though. One of the best series I've ever seen. Only came to know about it late last year and couldn't stop watching once I started. All four seasons of it.

I'm totally over the shaky camera realism thingummy. NYPD Blue annoyed it out of me ages ago. I only saw 2 episodes but I couldn't stand the fat guy in the lead role.
