right, test series is over, time to move on to the one day form of the game with the series starting this friday at the mcg when australia play the indians.

lately we have had the wood on the indians, with a dominating win in the series over there and who can forget the world cup final :D

just found bracken is out for the opener - our bowling stocks are depleted even more!

i fancy this will be the australian side for the main part

Dont know how much i'll be able to get myself up for the one-dayers after those scenes in Sydney yesterday, the same goes for the Aussies. I think the Indians may get us in the first match like they did in India, but these matches are so unpredictable. If either sides batting lineups fire then they could easily score 300+, should be very exciting stuff!

after a shaky period at 4-80 these 2 young guns have moved us along to
4/186.

my god..i cant believe we lost this match...36 from 30 balls..6 wickets in hand and two batsman set..really made a mess of it..but i guess its a signe of things to come.. theres VERY little between the two teams.. but it makes a big differece.. going to be an awesome series and a cracking final..
 
India bloody threw the game away. They were cruising with Yuvraj and Ganguly at the crease and only 30 runs needed and they lost both batsmen in two balls. Ganguly stupidly ran himself out and the tail offered no resistance whatsoever.

Not that im complaining cause winning a match when you think its all over is awesome. I love matches that go to the wire and you come out on top. Cant wait till the next contest.

ps. brilliant catch by Ponting to dismiss Sachin and Clarkey is a legend in the making! :D
