No, It's a sign on the wall in the OT Toilets, Ive been wondering for years but havent asked anybody. in fear of getting lamped by a manc for asking a stupid question ;)

Just guessing...but is it anything to do with Martin Edwards (alleged) reputation of 'accidentally' frequenting ladies toilets? I dont see how the remark is directly linked, but I dont know all the details of the Edwards accusations either.
