I vaguely remember everyone on here hating them, but for me there's no other band that can get me in a Summery mood more than them

Funny you should start this thread I was actually talking to one of the band members in a bar last weekend, really nice bloke he was telling me they got dropped by their record label a while back so theres no plans for a new album but they still mess around a bit

In fairness the Corona's are possibly the worst band I've ever had the misfortune of listening to so I don't think The Thrills were quite that bad

The Irish music scene is pretty poor as a whole at present, to be honest.
Very true, Two Door Cinema Club, Delerentos and O Emperor are the only decent new Irish bands I've heard in a while and even they're not that great

Singer's voice gets on your tits eventually, but Big Sur is a great tune. Summery indeed.
