Anyone heard about the tv rights being turned back over to the clubs to make over seas deals...it was supposed to start 2004. Is that stii in the works..meaning does United still have the right to break away from the rule of Rupert Murdock...or did the clubs foolishly sign another extensive deal with sky and the PL?

I did chatch a few games lst year on teh YES Network on the east coast USA b4 Murdock filed a law suit stopping the YES network from broadcasting the Mnachester United games...only three games into it.

Will we be getting away from the rule of PL and SKY tv monopoly?

C'mon Roxy, the guy lives in California; stop being so sanctimonious.

Anyway, Bob, I believe United have an agreement with the YankeesNets organisation regarding broadcast rights, so, if United do retain overseas rights for broadcasting the games, I'm sure the States will have decent coverage.
