Why are they shite? The last have just been awful, they are not funny, and they have turned dave into some kind of spaz, it's a shame as it was a quality programme!

Didn't watch it this year due to last year's episode being so shockingly shit
Last year was awful, bar ber ra, I think she must still be a piss head, as mo sober person would write this shit
this years was good i thought, from the car journey onwards
Thought this years was quite good to be honest, didn't love last years, but it still had some quality moments.

didnt rate this years - apart from the mentioned skid stains in Jims trollies - was a bit robbishy
stopped watching this years after 5 minutes, thought it was awful which is a shame
Only thing which really made me laugh was where Dave said summat like "which showbiz personality is famous for bending..." and Jim cut in with "Dale Winton?".
What about when Dave asked what personality said " I want to be alone" and Barb said Terry Waite.
Oh aye, then she said at least he was warm, chained to a radiator.
I think it must be difficult for Caroline Ahern to be expected to write a one off special like that when she's obviously not been in 'the zone' as it were for a while. It did feel a little bit forced but it still had it's moments. I also think that Dave was a bit too retarded, but thats probably more to do with the actor than the writing.

Easily the funniest moment.But i agree these Christmas specials have been shit. They should have took a leaf out of the Office's book and quit while they were on top..

This years was ok for half an hour but the rest was crap - although there were a few good lines.
