I told you so. Talk all that crap about not playing great offenses. Not playing great opponents. Defense wins championships. Texas stopped USC. USC couldn't stop Texas. All USC needed was 3 feet...1 yard.

texas stopped usc when it mattered and you cant tell me you didnt get a little concerned when usc scored at will for a good part of the 2nd half. i thought that game was over then and carroll´s adjustments won it for sc. also texas was very nervous in the first quarter. when young took over the game after jarrett´s touchdown ... wow.

texas played reggie bush very well, but their "speed formation" opened holes for white. well, i guess it paid off as they stopped him when they had to. white really did make a case for himself yesterday. a very well played game by 2 great teams. i really liked both o-lines ...

oh, and as for leinart´s comments after the game :lol: :lol: sour grapes at its finest.

Yeah, that was a good chuckle. I was very happy to see Texas win. Vince Young was unbelievable. He did the same thing to Michigan in last year's Rose Bowl.
