Still good enough to put up solid defensive numbers and sneak into the playoffs through the back door. Not too shabby considering big V.O. was literally dead by the same age...

One to forget for Lil' V.O., as the Suns take an easy 1-0 lead!
Great performance by Lil-Nut!
The Spurs will take 35-point wins every day of the week - Michael Owen
Rockets 126-123 Thunder
Slightly closer for the Nuggets this time, but the Suns are still too strong.
Dan II with 12 points in 9 minutes from the bench. The old dog still has it.
Sonius with the 20/20/3, but the combo of Jonathan Kuminga and Johnuel Fland (amazing name) proves too much this time.
Rockets 137-130 Thunder
9 offensive rebounds from Lil' V.O.! Almost as amazingly, Terry Dischinger scored 17 points on 1-13 shooting. Stop fouling him, I guess? Although the Suns win anyway, so maybe just do your thing.
Lil-Nut with the 40-bomb, but it's hard to argue with the 70.7% eFG from the Mavericks.
The Kings take the lead!
Rockets 116-108 Thunder
The least surprising sweep in playoff history. Heine barely had to try. Lil' V.O.did try, but he needs scorers next to him.
40 wasn't enough for Lil-Nut last game, so this time he gets it done with 44! 12 three pointers to boot!
Sonius leading the way as the Spurs tie the series up. 24/16/4 is a very pleasing stat line.
Rockets 108-113 Thunder
Damn, this series is a bit cursed with injuries.
Speaking of injuries! At least it's a minor one. Also the Spurs win anyway.
Rockets 119-104 Thunder
The Cub with the team high +10 +/- in his 14 minutes, as Timberwolves lose game 6. Here's a thought: maybe play him more in game 7?
The Spurs are through!
Very harsh on the Dallas Mavericks, as they're again stuck by injuries. Whatever the cause, Minnesota are through!
I'll go out on a limb and say that the Pistons need weeweetee to play more than 4 minutes if they want to beat the Knicks. Particularly if Two Nil is going to do his 34/16/7 thing. Then again he also had 9 turnovers, which isn't... great.
Easy win for the Nets! Nobbers leading the way, but BenitwoSTARRLET did her thing too.
Celtics 90-94 Pacers
76ers 131-95 Heat
See? weeweetee doesn't go out with injury, and he drops 37/11/7, with no turnovers. Not like Two Nil slacked off either, with his own 31/21/13, but Detroit get the win.
Well, this one isn't going to go more than 4 games. Prove me wrong.
Celtics 123-94 Pacers
76ers 122-108 Heat
Two more good games by the Cafites. Again the Pistons come away with the win, though.
Well, 12 points is closer than whatever the Nets beat the Hornets by in game 2.
Celtics 104-102 Pacers
76ers 131-123 Heat
This is the Two Nil and weeweetee show. This time it's the former's turn to lead his team to victory. Back to square one!
The Nets beat the Hornets 4-0? Chance in a million.
Shame about the BenitwoSTARRLET injury, but at least there's a few games left of Round 1, and then she'll be back at some point in Round 2.
Celtics 119-109 Pacers 76ers 126-93 Heat
The Knicks re-take the lead!
Celtics 103-111 Pacers
Not quite sure how Two Nil only ended up playing 21 minutes, but I feel like that was a mistake by the coach. He had 5 fouls, but surely it's better if he fouls out after playing 30 minutes than doesn't play 30 minutes because they were afraid he'd foul out? This just let weeweetee dominate the game, and we're off to game 7!
Celtics 107-108 Pacers
An off game from Two Nil, and the Pistons take the series! And what a series it was.
I'm just not going to say anything at all for this series unless Heine does something spectacular.
The very slight underdogs take the lead! And that with Lil-Nut injured after only 16 minutes. He did get 17 points in those minutes, mind.
LeBristons. LeDetroit?
Now this is a bit of a surprise. I guess it shouldn't, given they're both 57-win teams, but there's a reason the Celtics have been in the three past NBA Finals. I guess there's also a reason they lost all of them, though.
Lil-Nut with a good game, but it doesn't help when the other good performances all came out of San Antonio, basically.
Oh! Maybe this is a series after all.
Brooklyn wilted under pressure.
A very efficient performance from Sonius. There's just a clear starting 5 difference here.
Just a casual 280 point game. The 76ers should get an award for scoring 150 when one of their starters got 0. The Pistons should shoot Charles Jenkins out of a cannon into the sun.
Wilt and Elton Brand - what else is there to say?
Nothing is decided yet. Except for Phoenix v Houston, which is absolutely decided.
The Timberwolves make it 2-2! The Cub turning back the years with 12 rebounds in 13 minutes.
I get the distinct impression the Detroit Pistons have no chance unless weeweetee pulls out one of his patented 50-point performances.
BenitwoSTARRLET going 2/2 from three. Maybe she should shoot more? Though I guess it worked.
The universe is safe.
Sonius getting a 31/14/2 in 37 minutes.
weeweetee had a relatively poor game, and he was by far the best Detroit performer. Maybe there's a sign in there, somewhere.
Nobbers does his job, but the rest of his team decidedly did not. I guess that goes for the Celtics too, except Wilt got 31 points on 14-21 shooting. You really shouldn't be losing to a team with an eFG of 47.6%.
11/18/0 from The Cub in 19 minutes. The old man still has it. I guess Lil-Nut contributed too.
Inefficient shooting killed Brooklyn in this series, and that's the end of their playoff run.
Only 4 points in it, but the Spurs are through! Lil-Nut really did his best to stop it, putting up 37 points. Sonius played well, though, as did most of his starting mates.
