The Overlap | Fan Debate Christmas Special

They're doing a watch-along of United/Arsenal.

If we win, I'll watch it afterwards and love it. If we lose, they're sad twats.

It's a good watch. Just a shame the football on TV is a few seconds behind this watch along. So can't watch and listen at the same time. Very annoying!

I wonder how many fan channels are raging that they're stealing the space.

It's actually shocking how much more listenable both Neville and Carragher are in this setting than as commentators. You can see Carragher's understanding of the game so much more here when he doesn't have to fill air time.

Looking around at other live streams to see the views they were getting...Overlap on c. 600k views at the moment which is the same as Goldbridge. Other streams lagging way behind. AFTV on c. 100k and the Club only on 50k.

Carragher celebrating Salah goal was pretty funny. I do like that he calls gary out for absolutely everything stupid he says

Episode with De Rossi - what a guy. I know we got Carrick instead but would have loved to have seen him at the club

Fan debate is back. Still think they need to switch up some of the fans. Rory, Adam and Charlene are meh.

Rory is fine because he isn't hiding himself as someone who doesn't overexagerrate stuff, Charlene is the most annoying, vanilla fan. She just repeats the same banal points every week that someone who doesn't even watch football can say, the previous Arsenal fan (forgot his name) was so much better.

I'd just like a different United and Chelsea perspective.

I find these fans debates the least interesting part of the overlap
I like hearing about clubs I don't pay much attention to or aren't in the media as much like Wolves, Palace and Forest but it's a bit stale now with the bigger clubs because it's the same fans with the same tired opinions.

Neville buying Carragher a brick in Everton's new stadium  Great idea to be fair to have something permanent like that.

Agree with his view on New Years Eve as well!
