Is it me or has all of the Media just waiting for something major to happen by way of civil unrest over in China.

The News coverage is 24 hours now after China allowed the media in??

You missed most of the NBC "logic"--what will be shown in the US is "sports" women who don't watch real sports want to see as long as it involves US athletes. However, NBC did include Telemundo in the coverage, so if you want to see football coverage, you should be able to get the Spanish language version.

At least the men's 400 meter run should be shown live.

I always look forward to the final lap of the 800m when they cut away to some heart wrenching story of one of the US team's family members in hospital or something.
