The new Commodore - Is this company completely mad?

These are actually x86 based PCs (so they can run Windows 7) in classic Commodore "form factors" running emulators for the old software, and something they have up their sleeve called "Commodore OS" that will run everything from PET software to classic Amiga software based on AROS. Yes, that's right, the Amiga line will not be able to run Amiga OS 4 as that's PowerPC based, instead it will use A fecking ROS.

Who on earth would buy this tripe?

They will be, yes.

Well, it's not really a C64 is it? It just looks like one. Why you would want a PC that looks like a C64 is the thing that I'm having difficulty understanding.
