What do you brits think about this show? Been watching it recently.. "The tale of Milky Joe" is one of the most absurd yet greatest Tv episodes I've seen

You officially have no taste since you declared your disliking of South Park. So this comment is actually a positive vote for Mighty Boosh.

The BBC should not be wasting tax payers money on producing that pile of crap. It's the most stupid and childish TV I have ever had the misfortune to lay my eyes and ears upon. Children who giggle at such shite are not usually in the position to actually pay the licence fee.

It's also crap such as "The Mighty Boosh" that give those who think the BBC should not exist more and more armory to ensure its downfall.

Utter rubbish. You're welcome to not liking it (although I will ignore your comments based on the fact that you are an aging unibrowed barowner who thinks about cheating on his wife), but declaring BBC shouldn't produce entertainment just because it's not to your liking is absurd.

Go Electro Boy!

It's not in their remit to produce crap entertainment for the sake of it, and you don't have to pay 200 quid a year tax for the privilege knobchops.

Its only crap from your point of view, most people i know like it. Id rather have the mighty boosh than some run of the mill boring bollox like two pints of lager and a bag of crisps(which seems to run forever i might add).

Totally different, although I don't have a clue what the last one even is.

BBC3 is aimed at what audience? Boosh is on BBC3 is it not?

All surrreal comedy in thier own way, just added the last one to throw you....wierd thing on channel 4, a pisstake of 70's hospital drama.

I think it started on bbc 2, not entirely sure though. Each to their own i guess but surely the beeb has room things of less than mass appeal, although im sure the boosh is pretty popular.

Niether im glad to say, next you'll be saying that you dont like monty python, alan partridge or garth merangues dark places.......sacrilege.

ahhh!! someone who knows garth merangue or whatever his name is.

fecking amazing show!!!

How the feck anyone has the idiocy never mind audacity to compare Monty Python to The Might Boosh is beyond me. The former was made and produced by some of the most brilliant comic minds in history. The Mighty Boosh is done by one or two inbred feckwits.

calm down weaste.

blimey. quick to anger or what.

I enjoed the Boosh when it first appeared on Radio, much as I preferred the original Radio version of League of Gentleman - not that I don't enjoy the TV and stage LOG.

The BBC remit isn't just to cater to mainstream taste. There's much worse on BBC that costs a lot more to produce - anything with Lenny Henry or Dawn French in it for instance.

It wasnt a direct comparison, just simply that they are both surreal, have a sense of the ridiculous and well as loving a good sing song. There are parralells whether you like it or not. Just because you dont like it dosent mean it dosent have any merit, stop being such a nazi.
