I can't figure out whether I liked this film or not as I'm still not quite sure what the feck it's about.

Is it about people who actually have psychic powers (as indicated by the scene where Clooney apparently kills the goat with his mind), or is it about some seriously deluded feckwits who've had too many lsd? Or is it a bit of both?

The end scene confused me where Ewan McGregor runs through the wall in his office. Was that a fantasy scene or was that the realization that he IS in fact a 'Jedi'?

What did anyone else think of it?

I thought it was a nice little indie film stretched a bit too long for it's substance but with an entertaining enough cast to keep me watching.

I thought it was average.

There actually was a section in the army that was made up of "psychic soldiers" and they were funded by the military although it was all bullshit I think. First Earth Battalion - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As for the Ewan McGregor bit I think it was just meant to be the realisation that he had opened his mind to new possibilities but he didn;t actually run through the wall.

I'd go along with that, but you've still failed to answer my questions Mockney.

D for effort, upgraded to a B because I like you.

Cheers. I'll have a read up on that.

If the film had an unknown cast it would have been unwatchable.

It is based on a book, with the same name, written by Jon Ronson.

Have not read the book, or seen the movie. I did listened to an interview with Ronson, and its clear he does not think that people have special powers. This leaves the possibility of Hollywood script writers altering the movie to sell more tickets.
