So caftards it looks like this coming window will be an extremely interesting one, with three soon-to-be world beaters potentially on the move - Goetze, Hazard and Neymar. Not to mention other talents like Bilbao boys, Gaitan, Eriksen, Ganso, Lucas and Rodriguez, etc. etc. making names for themselves.

It seems like Hazard and Neymar will most likely be on the move, and whilst Goezte seems the most likely to stay you don't know how Dortmund will act if a serious bid is tabled. Especially considering Reus is making the move across at the end of the season.

So how do you all rate the three (and throw Thiago in there for the sake of it) compared to each other?

And where do you think they will all end up come the start of next season?

I hope as many of them as possible come to the PL to be honest.

Would like to see one each end up at Chelsea, Arse and United. The league is slightly lacking in class acts right now as Barca and Real have been sucking most of them up in the past three years.

I remember vaguely, those names are like Cavenaghi back in the 1999s, people have been creaming all over them wonderkids in FM.

Some will probably go on to make it, other will become legends in a midtable clubs or Europe's 2nd best (PSG, Monaco, Dortmund) ala juninho pernambucano

None will make it to the Messi/Ronaldo class sadly, they'd do well to be considered world class by the end of their career.

Out of those names you mentioned I reckon Goetze will be the best of them all. The brazilian boys are prone to fecked up once they have the big money, spain players probably won't hit the height if they're not playing for RM/Madrid. As for Hazard, the best he'll get is probably around Nasri/Modric level.

I can see Goetze staying in Germany, Neymar moving to Spain, and Hazard moving to England (Chelsea/Arsenal/Man City?). Doubt United would go for any of them, but if we do, Goetze would be the most likely.

With Gotze, much depends on how he does at the European Championships; if, for example, he really lights it up and the a top bracket club comes in for him then Dortmund would have little choice but to let him go.

FFP will limit the madness but there are a lot of players surely on the move this summer.

If we can bag a couple of midfielders and cut the deadwood I'll be very happy going into next season.

Neymar will be the world's best player when Messi and Ronaldo step aside.

He's going to be that good.

I could see Ganso going to Corinthians for a year in all honesty.

I thought this thread was about Charlton, Best and Law, or I am just getting old?

As for the players you mentioned, I wouldn't mind Ganso at United.

Why would Götze be the most likely?

Can't see us going for any of the three. Neymar is Barca bound, Götze is staying - only Hazard looking likely to move.

The holy trinity is, and always will be, Charlton, Best and Law.

As for United, don't see us signing any of these young super stars in the making, not for anything over £20million anyway.

I think Lucas will move to Europe and can see him having a career in the limelight.

Also-

The Red Devils boss made the trip to Lyon at the weekend to watch the highly-rated midfielder in action as his Lille side went down 2-1.

The Belgium international has long been linked with a move to Arsenal while Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has made no secret of his admiration for the 21-year-old.

But United are emerging as favourites to secure Hazard's signature following comments he made to the French press.

When asked if a move to Old Trafford would interest him, Hazard told La Voix du Nord: "Of course, this a club that excites anyone.

"For now my focus is on Lille but yes, it is a pleasure to be watched by one of the best coaches in the world, if not the best."

Would love Hazard at United. Wouldn't mind a 10-12 mil bid for Dembele as well. Strength in depth etc

This is like the Nostradamus thread

Neymar to Barca

I thought Neymar was staying until the end of the WC. His current price is beyond crazy. No way does someone come in and swoop him for the costs being thrown at him.

Barca don't have the money.

If I could sign any of them for us, then I'd probably go for Gotze, purely because he's a midfielder and would strengthen our team the most in an area we could do with strengthening in.

If I had to pick the one who will go the furthest, then I'd probably go for Hazard. I really do think he's a potential world beater. The others are as well, however Hazard's the one I'm pretty sure about to be honest.

Neymar is the most hyped up out of the three, however I think he's the one who has the most left to prove. He's a good player, but some people ridiculously overrate him, and he's yet to prove himself in a top league. I know that's a bit of a tiresome argument, but it's true.

I thought this was going to be about Lavezzi, Hamsik and Cavani... I'm sure i've heard them 3 being described as "the holy trinity" in recent times..

By the end of this season, Rooney would of won more than the other two combined since they spilt...

I thought it'd be about Henderson, Downing and Carroll.

Thiago is the best in that group but won't be going anywhere. Hazard will be on the move this summer, to who I wouldn't have the faintest of idea.

Based on what both of them have repeatedly said, Neymar and Gotze, will probably be staying at their clubs this summer.

Would love Hazard here, but his comments (or what his agent tells him to say) about loving to play for all these clubs are the remarks that lead to bidding wars, bidding wars we won't win. My guess is Chelsea will end up signing him, as they have the resources and can guarantee him a place in the first 11, because all they'd really have to do is drop Daniel Sturridge to the bench to make it happen.

Despite being a Gooner and as someone who is old enough to have seen Charlton, Best, Law at their pomp live on a football field, it is difficult not to concede the soubriquet of the Holy Trinity

They were truly magnificent and it's a shame present day fans don't realise how brilliant they were

They won't be benching Sturridge. He's class...

You forgot that money aside, we have a great pull for youngsters. If they really want to do well, they'd choose United (Jones, De Gea, Ronaldo, Nani, Anderson) because they know they'll get developed in the correct way.

Going to madrid/barca even to the lesser extend Chelsea at such a young age will do more harm than good

Mata - Sturridge - Hazard

Now that would be a deadly front 3.

I'd love for us to get either Gotze or Hazard.

Add Martinez / M'Vila and our midfield is sorted for years to come.

The others aren't really a possibility given Madrid / Barca will want them.

Incredibly lazy generalisation, which was true about 4 years ago when Sao Paulo were dominating. Now the Brasileirao is an extremely tough and competitive league and amongst the best in the world.

In terms of revenue, it's now the 6th richest in the world and allows the teams to keep the stars much longer and the standard has risen unbelievably.

Of course it's still a long way off the European elite, but comfortably - in my opinion - ahead of the rest in the second tier.

 I'm guessing the trinity is the three pictures the OP lays out on his dresser next to the handcream and the tissues?

I've watched a few of those mentioned in the OP a few times. I've watched Neymar for Brazil. I've watched him in the Club World Cup. I've watched Hazard in the CL, twice I think, and I've seen him play when he's chipped the keeper from a penalty, I'll have watched Bilbao play a few times this season.

But I haven't got a clue how good any of them are. I don't know how people do know to be honest. I barely can tell you how good half of Everton's players are, and I'll watch most of the prem games on Sky Sports and ESPN.

To see how good a player is, I think you have to see them at least 10 or 15 times. There are Liverpool fans who don't rate Jonny Evans. There are United fans who deride Lucas.

So much is influenced by the press nowadays. Truth be told they are all big names, but I have no idea how good any of them are.

Barcelona get the pick and the others fight for the scraps. It's pretty much how it is. You can see why. Amazing football, passionate crowd, beautiful city, brilliant climate and hot women everywhere
