Have to admit I haven't seen much of Kirkland, and I always questioned his price tag, however last night he proved what a great keeper he is, and will get even better, kept England in the game, and made some great saves, looked commanding and calm!! Great buy from Liverpool, and a good prospect for England too.
Saw him first when we beat them 4-1 at Anfield - if it wasn't for Kirkland it could easily have been double figures.
yeah,,, and one day he might be as good as Shay Given and play a blinder in a real match

Kirkland was highly thought of at Cov, lots of potential. Therefore no surprise they sold him.....

IMO Platts choice is a good one, Kirkland has huge potential for club & country.
