Am I the only one for whom the Caf is intermittently really starting to slow down?

Its probably because you're in a different country you yank 
well, every time i try to open that tevez thread, it does seem a bit slow. maybe cause the thread's so big though. other times, it might be slow but i usually put it down to my connection or the weather.
It always does it for me just before, during and following a United game.
Especially if we go on not to win. If we win, there's about an hour of people saying how it went well and congratulating the players.
If we draw (or lose) there's twice the traffic for four hours where people insult our players, say it's all over for another year and start thousands of threads on potential transfer targets because, plainly, our own players arn't good enough.

It just did it to me right now so I guess you're not alone on this one. It happens to me sometimes and often in a thread the page just finishes at a certain post number and doesn't carry on displaying the rest so I have to refresh BREATHE I thought it was just my connection though..

No, its not my computer, even though I think its shit! The second server been added.. I haven't noticed the difference. Anyway as people said I think its just the match day situation. It has slowed down over the last half an hour for me, coincidence? It's okay though not that bad at least it is actually loading the pages and not crashing.

I think the problem here is that:
1. Those experiencing problems have a poor connection to the server
2. Those experiencing problems have a shit computer
3. A combination of the two

The site is ticking along very nicely with the second server - nearly 1400 users, everything is very snappy and there's plenty of capacity left.
But if people are having problems, please let me know and I'll look into it. We're still optimising the new setup.

I think it peaked at around 1930.. Its dropped down now.. Not even a really slow loading page either!

i don't have the fastest computer in the world, and i'm far away from the caf server and it worked perfectly well for me
