Once these threads seem to have run their course, we can see what the Caf consensuses are.


There’s a thread for each position as well as one for managers. Please check those out, too.


And yes, football didn’t just arbitrarily start in 1992, but this is for the Premier League era. Perhaps in future we can do a pre-PL era consensus and after that an all-inclusive one.
