what do people reckon about this whole incident??

at the time I was pissed off that it was distracting from the fact that the b+i lions were shite in comparison to the all blacks??

I wasn't surprised that it had happened and felt that the Ruby Heads were being very sensitive,, don't get me wrong it was a dirty tackle but doesn't it happen all the time?????

Scum-bags should be sited & given one of heavist penalties ever dished out for such an abhorance. BOD could easily be "6ft under", so dangerous was the execution of that attempt to seriously maim. :nono:

I agree it could have can't argue with you really and the video is quite obvious it's a spear plain and simple but how come they held the fecking video since July??
Theres a lot doesn't add up to me, mainly why nothing was done at the time by the powers that be. And another thing as it is so obvious how much of this was decided before the game by nz rather than a spur of the moment thing

If they should be banned then Danny Grewcock deserves never to play the game again, harden up!

Even Umaga's post match interview was a shame he showed no remorse and tried to condone his tackle by saying "these things happen, they stay on the pitch." then he went on to say he was not sorry for what happened as it was commonplace apparently!!...animal!!
Class player though!

Ye, well let that be a lesson to you!

assume u did not notice Jonathon is from NZ !

Well,duh!
In case you hadn't noticed,it was a Lions tour NOT an Irish tour, hence the reference to Grewcock!Maybe you should just stick to football!

Lions are crap anyway.I reckon they wouldnt even get past the South Africa side that showed up at the Tri Nations.

Danny Grewcock...didnt he got banned before the Lions tour or was he sent back during the Tour for punching someone...Cant really remember...know that he's English though..

Gavin Henson is class though...has a fit bird as well..
