Just bought this for 20 quid, a brand new game at that price is worth buying. If I was in America I'm guessing I'd pay 70 dollars or so for it. Good fun, but I like baseball so might not appeal to all.

Anybody else got it?
 
got this on order, could have bought it yesterday but had a hmv gift card and was short on cash so ordered it from them, it looks outstanding, seen a few vids of it and cant wait for it to get here

was also shocked about the price, been reading a few US games message boards and they are all bitching like crazy about having to pay $60 for it, makes a nice change for them to get ripped off and the UK to get one over on them

whats you gamertag and i'll give you a game when i get mine??
 
i love baseball games, used to love Triple Play back in the day, dont know if i would pay £20 for one though, id prob get bored after a while

check out the videos, if you love baseball games this should be right up your street, ive never played a baseball game before, been watching it for years but seeing this and the fact it was only 20 quid made my mind up almost instantly

Yep I have had it since March, imported it from Canada. I also like yourself have 07 & 08 but 09 is different class, its brilliant in so many ways.

Walking up to bat with custom music, mines is Crosstown Traffic, 3-1 fastball, bang deep left and gone, I play for the Brewers in Road to the Show so I get Bernie Brewer slide down his slide.

When people were wanking themselves silly over Fifa 09 last year, this is the baseball equivilant but even better. Can't wait until next seasons version.

This sounds strangely enticing, and I'm not into Baseball at all. Well, I quite like the hitting of the ball part, but other than that, not really.
 
Its a great game regardless of liking baseball much or not, hitting a home run is incredibly satisfying.
