Yay, this Saturday Qatar will be the host of the MotoGP new season.

So, who do you think will win it this time cnuts? Will Hayden prevail? or will Rossi get his revenge?

Discuss.

Is Max Biaggi coming back?
No, he's been creaming himself since his move to World Superbikes. He's also talking trash about MotoGP at every opportunity.

in the latest free practice, the FIAT-Yamahas are dominating with a Rossi and Edwards 1-2

Hayden on the other hand is 15th with the best Honda (Checa) only in 5th

free practice 3 is on right now and rossi is again at top spot, he is already .192 seconds faster than his #1 time in the free practice 2

looks like he's determined to get back his crown and make it 8 world titles

Didn't see this thread, @ Hayden for changing his number from 69 to 1 after winning the championship last season. Finished 8th in this GP.

He seems to have a monster ego that guy.

Can I just add that MotoGP seriously wipes the floor with formula 1. Million times more exciting.

cant agree with you more, even though i love f1, it just does not have the excitement motoGP has. in f1, race leaders build 20 second leads and with 10 laps or so remaining, you know the race is theirs unless their engine blows up or something, while in motoGP, race leads are rarely more that 2 seconds, which means anything can happen which results in races being won or lost in the last corners, which make it way more exciting

Turkish GP on the 22nd this month, can't wait :D . Will Marco Melandri win again at this track?

Rossi takes pole, team-mate Colin Edwards behind him. Dani Pedrosa 3rd

Terrible race by Rossi, finished 10th. Stoner wins again.

Bump for 2008

Rossi wrapped up the championship with 3 races to go

I'm suprised this thread isn't as big as the F1 one. MotoGP is brilliant.

Rossi has been outstanding this season. What a legend. Great win at Motegi last weekend.

I didn't even realise that there was a Moto GP thread! Been a good season this year, back to actual racing rather than just watch Casey ride off into the distance, still don't see many final lap battles as we use to which is a shame.

Congrats to Rossi- 8 world championships you can't knock that.

Im hoping that the one tyre rule will bring more contenders into it next year.

Toseland was excellent today, if you compare him to his team mate this year he has done incredibly well. I think he will come better next year with the 1 tyre rule.
