The 60 second search thing

Preventing the forum from crashing. Searching the site takes up quite the amount of work.

I may drop him a pm, I may also include a picture in the pm, the picture may be of me naked.

This?

Use the google search top right

The Google search is shite though, to be fair.

You really have to know the exact thread title for it to be useful.

The search engine on this forum is quite shit tbh, if i search for "Rooney" it will bring up 1 or 2 recent threads and the rest from MONTHS ago. Pretty useless.

Theres a stupidly easy way around it, but I'm not going to announce it to everyone because Niall might get mad and eat my face or something.

you should knwo better that searching for "Rooney" in a United forum will be close to pointless.

No, the fact is that you search for something and it just gives you 2, 3, or 4 recent results and the rest are some very old. I've never been able to find what I want.

Why?

what if i wanted to find a Rooney thread that was created a month ago? thats the main reason for using the search engine.

If you are using "Rooney" and I assume for this context only Rooney as key words, ehm.. in a Manchester of United forums, to find thread created a month ago.

I don't know what to say

It is a bit tricky, I can' even find the thread I created back then, it even have the specific wording of Javtalk, which i believe won't be mentioned alot in here.

Perhaps a more detailed search option will do?

But then again, i have a feeling they don't encourage us to "search", the truth might be in here somewhere :nervous:
