A lot has happened the last few months and, following Argentina's World Cup win, Scaloni would probably be closing in on the top 10 if a new list was done again. They say their list is determined by ability as well as how much their team has achieved over the last 12 months with resources taken into account. Who would make your top 10 now?

It’s a mad list. Thomas Frank at 37, but Graham Potter at number 8, in the world??

David Moyes at 25 in the world?

It’s a silly list built on vagueness to create talking points, but for paid footballing journalists, it’s a poor effort.

I love English football, but English football pundits, commentators, journalists all kinda suck, to be honest

You sure that list was not from bluemoon? The daftness correlates..

Guardiola
Ancelloti
Klopp
Ten hag
Regragui
Spalleti
Scaloni
Arteta
Schmidt

In no particular order.

There's some recency bias there obviously.

You have to do it on purpose to not have Deschamps in the top 50.

A penalty or two away from consecutive world cups but teams would prefer Moyes. It’s unbelievable.

They should be ashamed to call themselves football journalists.

Stuff like this is a detriment to them because it would honestly make me think twice about buying their magazine if this is what their experts come up with.

Why is no one mentioning Pioli at 5th?
Scaloni, with all due respect, but is basically an intern compared to most of these guys' experience.

Shocking list.

Seems to be published on October 18, 2022... A week earlier and they'd have had to take into account his Nations League's triumph... 2 months later and they'd have to consider his WC final (second in a row).. But in between your NT had mediocre results.

But one can agree that the list is quite poor...

Jesse Marsch  Every time you look at it you notice another name and their position.

This list is so confused. Even by what was happening in October, how could some of these ratings be taken seriously? Potter above Nagelsmann and Simeone? C'mon.

I know we like to think that we have the best coaches in the world in the Premier League. However, we need to be more realistic. When you're putting Moyes and Viera above Luis Enrique you need to have a think, seriously.

The issue is what has Jesse Marsch done to be above Deschamps outside of getting sacked? What has David Moyes done, West Ham have been one of the worst team in England since January 2022?

There is no way that list is based on performances between October 2021 and October 2022.

That also applies to Gallardo, it's ridiculous to have him as low as he is.

FourFourTwo are famous for terrible lists. I think they must need the clickbait.

And this exceptional journalism is exactly why 442 is the best and most read football site and publication in the world.

The problem with these publications is that the intent with their product is not to create heartfelt, considered lists, but those that create the most talking points. To the latter, they've succeeded, as anywhere that list is published, there'll be all sorts of discussions about its absurdity - even for October 2022, it's a poor reflection on who was doing what.

If anything Potter is a little too low in this list.

I just realized that they have Mancini in that list...

Ancelotti above pep, you wouldn't see pep take on the challenges that Ancelotti has done

Their all time players list was surprisingly decent funnily enough.

Zidane 5th better than Cruyff, Di Stefano and Beckenbauer, Best as 7th, Di Stefano as 12th, Cristiano Ronaldo better than Pele are just some of the unforgivable ones.
