Swap Giggs and Scholes, with Scholes retreated behind Ruud. That would make more sense.

I would not mind that team at all.

Why isn't Rio included? Seeing that he has just returned from injury i don't think SAF will want to give him a rest.

Giggs will be on the bench IMO - with Ole starting in front with Ruud.

Agree.....put Forlan on after the hour mark for RVN.....unless RVN playes phenomenal...and take Wes off...if we r winning after 70 mins for JOS

I think Ricardo will play. It's about time he's tested against an English team.

I can't see Larry playing tho. Rio and Wes needs to play more together. Silvestre might get a day off with Phizza stepping in as LB. I don't think O'Shea will be risked.

Midfield could be Becks - Seba - Stewart - Giggs. I think Giggs should warm the bench again tho, it'll do him good. So Scholes as LM but then Mickey must play. Diego and Ruud up front. Ole could do with another match off.

Why Rio doesn't play? I think he need more games to regain his fitness.

Besides, if Ricardo is fit I hope he can start. Carroll never gives enough security and confidence to me.
