Saw them last night at Leeds town hall. fecking awesome gig and awesome band. Reminded me what a pleasure a great gig is, after having been to a couple of less than great ones lately.

'If you don't want me to destroy you', 'The man don't give a feck' and 'Hello Sunshine' were the best tracks last night.

New album is class. One of my favourite bands.

Hadn't heard 'Something For The Weekend' for years but downloaded it the other week onto me iPod, sounds mint after ten years still.

Really underrated band. They could right catchy pop songs if they wanted(eg Rings Around The World & Juxtapozed With U) but they choose to stick to the music they find most interesting. Seem like thoroughly good eggs too.

Quality Stuff.

 

[Jiggs'Hamstring]

They are a great, great band. You could compare them to Radiohead in the way they have evolved their sound, and although I couldn't say they are as a good a band as them, I think they made the move into more electronic music a lot more naturally.

I really love the Neon Neon album as well.
