My mate had the same happen.
Wasn`t it nice of the ticket office to inform the chubbed of the situation
I wonder if they can`t sell the usual block booking seats due to new years day travel expense

its a shambles. I only went on the site to apply for the Blackburn game...

Top seat that was,I`ve applied online for my mate so with some more wheelin and dealin it should all work out fine
I phoned the ticket office and they said that the Sunderland tickets were all sold out - PM me if you get hold on any spares

No it wasnt. Apparently 500 got returned. Sounds fishy to me. Anyway, I rang up and got 2 together over the phone.

they've gone back on sale again today...
well after being chubbed first time round, I got my 2 tickets in the post today
Isn't it remarkable how tickets get returned and go back on sale when SKY announce that they are showing the match live on the telly.
