suggestion for matchday threads

is it possible to line up some members that:
a) will be watching the match on a tv next to his computer
b) watching it on the internet
pick one of the members for that specific day, enable them to post more often than the 30sec rule, have them be in charge of updating with whats going on in the match.

Chat was still not very good, the old matchday threads were the best, its just that the posters who used to do them dont anymore.

though i dont get to see every match.

You can get minute by minute commentary on the web. The BBC does it for starters.
