Although Broad has started making waves as a fast bowler, he originally started his career following in the footsteps of his father, as an opening batsman. It wasn't until he was 17 and had a growth spurt that he started to consider being a genuinely quick bowler. It has recently been revealed that Broad, already 6 foot 6, could be on course to reach 6 foot 9.

If tremlett can aquire some agressiveness and broad steps up which im confident of,he has a nice action then we could have bowling attack of giants inc harmi.I also rate plunkett and jimmy looks to back on form and still young will be hoggards replacement as the prime swing bowler in the future me thinks.On the broad issue might have a decent batsman on our hands ,on the cricket forums people been talking him up for a while ,and hopefully inherited some skill from his dad.
