Is it wrong that I still remember quite a bit of the music on that game?

I loved 1 & 2. I remember in 1 you could get all the way to the final boss and depending on your choice have to start again from the very beginning or if it was two player you could end up fighting each other.

Streets Of Rage was class. The 2nd was better though, never played the 3rd.

My favourite side-scroller beat 'em up though was the Teenage Mutant Ninja/Hero Turtles one though, in the arcades. Hours of fun using my Dad's money on that. There's a Turtles Gamecube game where you can unlock it once you complete the proper game, apparently.

nah you would start at like level 8 or something
