There's nowt wrong with that at this stage.

Early doors.

Can't get it all nice and lined up. Spunk monkey.

The cleverest people spot potential problems even before they break out, and suggesting ways to prevent the problems from actually occur.
The less smart people immediately find out the cause of the problem when it occurs, and quickly find out a cure to it.
The most stupid people don't admit it even if there is a problem, just sit there and dream that anything will be automatically resume normal soon.

But fair shout, Dan.

You must realise that there are all types of people who support United!

From the extra cool like you, who look for the positives & feels everything is A.O.K. to paranoid people like me who have supported United since '69, suffered the ignominy of relegation, experiencing years without a worthy trophy to mention of, always having new hope in a new season only to be disappointed yet again for 26 years, & then looking for signs of cracks despite finally tasting unprecedented success this past decade!

Hey, I bet the scousers were very confident back in 1991!
:D :D

Actually that's not the case at all. I have my reservations about certain things, I think certain players might be better off at other clubs, etc etc I am merely saying that at this point in the season can you really say any team has found rythm (feck how do you spell that?) yet? I think the answer is no. The Arse haven't, the scousers threw it all away the other night, the sheep lose to Birmingham and Sunderland. Of course we're not playing perfectly, but then nobody is. It's a solid enough start and I think perhaps we should give them a few weeks even months to show us what they're capable of. We're one of the best 3 teams in England we'll be up there come the end of the season. But it's a bit early to suggest we're fecked and that I am not particularly clever for being satisfied with our position at the moment wouldn't you say?

What does suggesting ways mean? Do you feel that you're a decision maker in Man Utd? I don't feel so...

According to what you said, I'd prefer the 3rd option. Give the team and players some time...

The ball is round and worrying too much won't help either and as if United will listen ;)

Since SAF would not be bothered to look over here for expert suggestion, I'll guess theoretically are we are all stupid? <img src="graemlins/angel.gif" border="0" alt="[Angel]" />

He could do worse actually

;)

Moaning is something 50% of posters do on here at this stage of the season, and what some do all season long.

Wierdos they are! ;)

This has to be the finest example of optimisim I've ever seen. Its a West Ham fan responding to some gloating by a Spurs fan I know:

"To get to the top, you’ve had to beat Everton, Villa, Charlton and Southampton. As a WHU supporter, I would be looking at getting maximum points from these games, you have dropped two. Our fixture list was Newcastle, Scum (sic) and Charlton. From those I would be expecting a minimum of 3 points; instead we have 1 and therefore dropped 2, the same as you. So from the fixtures so far, we are both equal at the moment, despite what the table says"<hr></blockquote>

There's a lesson in here for us all ;)
