Jim Jefferies has resigned as manager of Div. 1 Bardford City and Stan Collymore has already hinted at going for the vacancy.
Collymores' Lawyer : "Stan will be applying for the job, he knows the players and the fans," Crystal said.
"While he did not envisage applying for a job at this time, Bradford is a fantastic opportunity and he has every confidence in his ability to do the job.
"He is speaking to a senior football figure to work with him and his role model is Steve Coppell," he added.
"He is very experienced in football, he knows what is needed for a manager to turn a club like Bradford around and he feels he has the ability to perform as a manager and to reach the heights he did as a player."
Jefferies knows Sir Alex Ferguson well and I would wonder if Jefferies went to Old Trafford as a Coach or an Assistant to Ferguson? Just a thought.
How would Collymore do as a manager? <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />
Regarding all the things he did as a player he would be too irresponsible in my opinion.
