'tis a silly place
We should have not problem taking out this Spurs team.... 13 injuries.

Mauricio Taricco (groin), Chris Perry (knee), Anthony Gardner (thigh), Steve Carr (hamstring), Ledley King (hip), Neil Sullivan (broken thumb), Alton Thelwell (groin) and midfield quintet Darren Anderton (knee), Gus Poyet (knee), Stephen Clemence (Achilles), Steffen Freund (hamstring), Tim Sherwood (knee) and Christian Ziege (calf).

13 is also the number of points Spurs have racked up so far, and also the number of years since they beat us at OT. ;)

dont count yer chickens before theyre hatched. havent u learnt yet?
worse teams than spurs reserves have beaten us.
theyre also above us in the league for a reason.
Any team that contains Teddy, Davies, Robbie Keane etc are more than capable of scoring at OT. The question is, can we outscore them?

Our defense seemed to be together for the Isreali club. I agreee we need to score more but I think this is a good test to see if we are on a defensive trend.

I'm not being over-confident, just stating truth. Spurs have their first 5 defenders out, so we have nothing to worry about in the goalscoring department imo. Our Defense looks settled, our Strikers look to be approaching good form, my only worry would be whether our midfield could break Spurs down, but I’m sure we will. ;)

I'd take a win as a win and 3 full points - no matter how depleted the competitor is. Everyone is saying that when anyone beats Man Utd they're great, they dont see that we lack in Defence, Midfield or Attack....its just because they've beaten us!

I'd say 2-1 for Man Utd when we meet Spurs!

i have a grea feeling that we will trash em like a dog, 5-1

What?

Conceding 2 to that team is alright?

No matter how is the opponents, we must do our best and make sure we start to pick up points. I certainly don't think our team is as bad as our position in the league table suggests, so let's hope the players really get back the confidence and fighting spirit after mid-week's match and crash spurs this weekend.

I'm not overly optimistic given our proposensity for post-European games hangovers.

The home match against Haifa was not difficult nor draining. I belive and I hope it would be a confident boost to us and we will play even better against Spurs.

As a Gooner,I would normally want you guys to drop as many points as possible, but in this case,I'll make an exception.
Spurs are crap and I hope you stuff them .So do your best to send Glenda and the scxm to the relegation zone where they belong.
