Harry is still missing, and there is one question on everyone's mind: is he dead, or alive?

Section D discovers that Harry thwarted a clandestine operation to smuggle weapons-grade uranium into Iraq to justify the war. Now the rogue officers who masterminded the operation want their uranium back, and they are prepared to go to any lengths to get it.

If Harry isn't dead already, is it too late to save him?

I stopped watching this after like season 3...used to watch it every week at one point, and it was terrific. No idea why I stopped...
 
Stopped watching it after the season where most of the main characters left, not sure whether that was 2 or 3.
 
It's certainly worth watching guys, especially as they're "refreshing" the cast in this year's season 8, hopefully for a new-look line-up in 2010... the episodes remain as good as ever.
 
I did n't watch it until last year and then watched every episode of all series over a few weeks. Excellent show and I'm looking forward to the new series.
 
Good opening episode which suggests another exciting season.....another big departure at the end lined up too.
 
I have tried to watch this but it is shit. People say it is like 24. It isn't in the same league and I wish they would dop it. Very poor acting and obvious story lines. The BBC isn't worth the fee if they can do no better than this.
 
It is better than 24 in many ways. 24 relies mainly on excitement and pace with the plots being rather silly if you think too much about it. They have a worse than 9/11 event once or twice per year FFS.

Spooks also relies on pace now more than it did and of course it is fictional and too much happens to be real but it is more based in real spycraft I'd say.

I love both anyway.
 
Just caught up with Wednesdays episode.....what a load of rubbish. Worst episode I've seen. Hope the standard improves next week.

It was daft from beginning to end Wibbs...poorly acted and totally unbelievable. Ridiculous terrorists who were moments away from breaking into tears throughout their attack.

Rrrrrrrubbish episode.
 
I know but still fun. Lets face it, if there were so many crises behind the scenes in real life the world would have fallen apart at the seams by now. So I just go with the flow and suspend my disbelief. It is like in 24 where you don't try to examine the overall logic and just enjoy each hour.

The Series finale tomorrow...looks like a cracker! I can't wait.
