Is there any way of making the Caf return to the main forums page after I've posted, so i don't have to wait for it to go back to the page I was viewing, then scroll up and click on the 'Redcafe' icon? It takes ages and I never want to look at a page I've just posted on.

Also, wouldn't it be a good idea if you could scroll over people's names in the 'who's online' section and see where they are? Sometimes i want to know where a poster is posting/reading, but a) can't be arsed to click on their name and go to their page, and b) am worried that if caught doing so, I will be accused of stalking them, and will then have to accuse the accuser of stalking me and get into a vicious cycle of abuse, when I really want to be in the football forum, getting in a vicious cycle of abuse with someone else.

Also, is there any machine that makes getting out of your seat and walking to the kettle less of a hassle?

don't you at least even want to go to the part of the forum you were posting in

I actually prefer it to go back onto the page, you can see other replies if they got there before you or you can see if your message showed up right

If you click on Currently Active Users just beside the list of users, it'll show you what everyone on the caf' is doing at a glance, saving you the need to click on individuals names and wait for their page.

You could then be accused of stalking the whole caf'...

Firstly if you are viewing someones page, he wont be able to tell if you are viewing his, it just says you are viewing a members page.

For the returning to the main forums thing, i dont think you can go directly back to the main page, but you can either do what TDO says or use the forum jump thingy at the bottom of the page. Plus the page for where the post goes through should take very long to disappear, unless you're on a very shit connection. Are you on a very shit connection Pletch? Are you?

No no DD, the connection's fine...it's just slow, is all. It's okay when i'm reading and drinking while posting, but otherwise it bores me...I suppose it's cos I'm a child of the new Millenium, I know what I want, and I DEMAND it, NOW.
