Amazing show, about 50,000 people at this place here in Halifax called the Commons... the kicker was, although they only sold 40 odd K in tickets, they estimate tgar nearly 5K were sold the day of the show, and 5K (Like myself) snuck in !!!
Local groups Wintersleep and Joel Plaskett & The Emergency opened, both put on good hour long warm-ups before Sir Paul dropped a 3 hour set on top of three encores !!!
He didn't play much Wings, which made me happy because like any Sir Paul/Beatles fan, that's what we want.
Next week it's Kiss, which is pretty exciting other than the fact it's not REALLY Kiss, but nonetheless it should be decent entertainment.
