from last year. We've scraped a couple of 1-0 wins so far and the guys look like they couldnt hit a barn door.
last night cannot be blamed on the formation, though im never happy to see it. What could be said is a lack of passion & drive (hurry back keano), mixed with a lack of imagination & poor finishing. We're also carrying a few passengers in the team going by current form. Phil, Giggsy & even RVN could do with a shake.
Sure we've had a few injuries, but we've still got enough quality in the team to beat the likes of Bolton...havent we? You can be sure that Arsenal wouldnt slip up in the same way.
What we wouldnt give for an inspirational character like Cantona now, to give an injection of something different into the team.
I hope we can shake off this poor form soon, otherwise the best we'll be hoping for is a run in the FA cup. Traditionally our best form has always been after Christmas, but we cant keep relying on that. By that time Arsenal may be uncatchable in the horizon.
Come on United wake up!! <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

None of the top teams look too hot at the moment, and that includes the Arse.

I just want the CL to start, I think that will get us going.

Imo, the rot set in the season b4 last - when we'd won the league so sent out under-strength teams, and lost to Derby, Spurs and Southampton.

It wasn't just a case of giving youngsters a chance - most of them were never going to get into the side anyway.

All that happened was that we lost our momentum, and regardless of the personnel, the impression was given that Manchester United were no longer unbeatable. We gave teams the belief.
