slight problem with the database

I don't know if its my computer or not but sometimes i'm getting the following on my screen

Sometimes I have to refresh a couple of times, is this because of the amount of users or something else?

I've gotten that a couple of times in the last couple of days, too.

I've gotten that too, right after the Champions League draw. Seems it happens when everyone posts at the same time.
