That bloke is a sick joke - making persistant remarks about spastics, retards (as he so kindly refers to them) and various sexual practices towards them (and he's not the only one I know) is nothing less than an absolute disgrace. The fact that you do nothing to punish these offenders is equally disgusting and cowardly. Ive worked with disadvantaged children and find this extremely offensive.
