Should United consider Christian Pulisac?

At 18 he looks, more and more, like a future star. I love his touch, pace and vision. I'm not sure a move for him would be in the best interests for his future as Dortmund seems like a good fit for now. However, this might be the only chance a club like ours could get him for a reasonable price as I think if he continues to improve, he'll be very expensive next summer.

I'm from the USA and would love Manchester United to have the first truly world class American player.
